Issue:
Concern on previous issues (re-arising); or at least very closely mirroring old issues,
where in meeting an at least moderate technical explanation was given for the fix;
We would like to see #results logged in the FAQ of issues picked up and fixed;
especially regarding bugs with explanation of the fix in the code,
and preventative measures where applicable taken
Also issues where operation of the system needs to be clarified (see in previous tickets added to FAQ)
